This ninety-minute workshop will explore how interpersonal group psychotherapy can be used to support individuals recovering from addictions and compulsive behaviors. The workshop leaders will present the foundations of Interpersonal Group Therapy. The theory will be demonstrated using video clips from two online demonstration groups. A discussion focusing on opportunities to apply the techniques to back-home groups will conclude the workshop.
