Can I attend virtually for part of the conference and in person for another part?
Yes, you can attend virtually for part of the conference and in person for the other part.
What should I know about attending virtually?
It is recommended that you go to the conference website a few days before the conference to make sure that your technology works and that you are comfortable navigating the site. You will want to be sure you have enough bandwidth to have the best experience watching the live conference videos. Your login email address will be the one that you used to register for the conference.
Are there discounts?
Yes! As you review our price sheet, you will notice that registering early provides you with the most affordable option!

Can I volunteer and receive a bigger discount?
Yes, you can volunteer and receive a better discount! The sooner you sign-up to volunteer, the bigger impact your discount will be!
25% off if you register between 7/1/2023-8/31/2023.
20% off if you register between 9/1/2023-10/02/2023
*This cannot be combined with any other discount program. You must attend all three days to qualify for this discount.

What If I need to cancel?
If you are unable to attend, our refund policy will govern the return of funds. Registration Refunds: NASW-WI will apply a service charge of $25.00 to all refunds. No refunds will be granted for cancellations after Monday, October 9, 2023. Absentees are responsible for the full conference fee. In cases of extenuating circumstances, please contact the NASW-WI office to discuss attendee replacement options.
What if I need accommodation?

How do I get my CEs?
In Person: Come to the registration table showing a completed evaluation on your last conference day.
Virtual: You will be able to download and print your certificates from the conference website after you have completed your sessions.
What options exist if I just want to attend some of the conferences?
We have several options!
You can attend for just one day
You can attend for two days
you can also just attend the 4-hour ethics workshop on Wed, Oct. 25th
You can attend just the exam prep course on Friday, Oct. 27th
All you need to do is select what ever option you'd prefer when registering
How do I become a sponsor?
What other policies should I know about before attending?
What non-CE events will be happening?
There will be several gatherings over the lunch hour.
On Wed. Oct 25th they include the Clinical network Luncheon and a BIPOC Affinity Group Lunch for in person attendees.
On Thur. Oct 26th there will be a health Network Luncheon, Rural Mental Health Committee Luncheon, and Pride Caucus luncheon for in person attendees.
There will also be a virtual only lunch with Marc Herstand.
Thursday, October 26th rom 5-6:30 P.M. there will be a social networking pop-in, in the Altitude Lounge at the Hotel for in person participants. This will be a causal event meant to provide a time for socialization.
Friday there will be a yoga session from 7 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.
