The National Association of Social Workers – Wisconsin Chapter invites your organization to become a sponsor at our 50th Annual Conference. Each year, hundreds of social workers from across the region gather to continue their education, network, and seek new ways to improve their practice either in-person, or watching via live stream.

With three days of general sessions, panels and workshops, attendees are constantly gaining knowledge and skills, sharing best practices and networking with social work professionals from around the state. NASW-WI provides a unique opportunity for conference exhibitors and sponsors to enhance their brand recognition, engage with attendees about their services and provide information for continued post-conference engagement and learning.

As a sponsor of the NASW Annual Conference, you are offered a fantastic opportunity to put your organization in direct contact with a targeted group of consumers, generating greater visibility for your programs, products and services. Conference attendees return to work with lasting impressions to share with their colleagues. EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Prizes
In order to drive traffic to your booths, we will again be holding an exhibitor scavenger hunt, both in-person and virtually. Prizes will be given out at 12:30 pm on the last day during the awards luncheon.

Set Up
Exhibit booths may be set up at the Crown Plaza Milwaukee Airport the evening before your exhibit day/s, or the morning of your exhibit day/s. If you’d like to set up your booths the day before the conference, you may do so starting at 6 pm, Sunday, October 20th. You may also set up your booths the morning of your exhibit day starting at 7am. There is ample parking at the hotel as well as a free 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport.

Exhibit Schedule:
Monday, October 21st: 7:45 - 8:45am, 12-1pm, 3-3:15 pm, 5:15-end of day, and between each scheduled session.
Tuesday, October 22nd: 8-9am, 12-1pm, 3-3:15 pm, 4:45-end of day, and between each scheduled session.
Wednesday, October 23rd: 9am, 12-1pm, 3-3:15pm, 4:00-end of day, and between each scheduled session.

Food
2 people per exhibit table are welcome to enjoy Breakfast and Lunch on the day/s they are exhibiting. A $50 per person catering fee will be charged for each additional person.

Please have your 1-page fliers to us no later than October 1st. If you would like them printed in color, we ask that you have them printed and shipped to 16 N. Carroll St., Suite 800, Madison, WI 53703. All fliers should be received no later than October 1st, in time for our folder stuffing day.

Our brochure reaches over 17,000 social workers statewide, as well as clinics, hospitals, schools and county social service agencies. The brochure will be featured prominently on our website and shared on all of our social media platforms from June through the conference.

Advertising in the brochure provides your organization with an opportunity to reach a targeted audience at a very affordable price. If your organization has a product, a service, an academic program or an employment opportunity it wants Wisconsin’s social workers to be aware of, there is simply no better or more cost effective way to reach them. Ads should be sent in .jpg or .png file formats.
