EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Prizes
In order to drive traffic to your booths, we will again be holding
an exhibitor scavenger hunt, both in-person and virtually. Prizes
will be given out at 12:30 pm on the last day, during the awards luncheon.
Set Up
Exhibit booths may be set up at the Madison
Marriot West,
1313 John Q. Hammons Drive, Middleton, WI 53562 the
evening before your exhibit day/s, or the morning of your exhibit day/s. If
you’d like to set up your booths the day before the conference, you may do so
starting at 6 pm, Tuesday, November 3rd. You may also set up your booths
the morning of your exhibit day starting at 7am.
Exhibit Schedule:
Wednesday, November 4th: 7:45 - 8:45am, 12-1pm, 3-3:15 pm,
5:15-end of day, and between each scheduled session.
Thursday, November 5th: 8-9am, 12-1pm, 3-3:15 pm, 4:45-end of day,
and between each scheduled session.
Friday, November 6th: 9am, 12-1pm, 3-3:15pm, 4:00-end of day, and
between each scheduled session.
Food
2 people per exhibit table are welcome to enjoy Breakfast and
Lunch on the day/s they are exhibiting. A $50 per person catering
fee will be charged for each additional person.
