Content will include the effects of stress, trauma, secondary trauma, burnout, and compassion fatigue, on professionals and program participants. Learn practical approaches to self care that are rooted in Healing (Trauma) Informed Care, and are efficient, effective and free. We professionals need to care well for ourselves so that we can care well for others.
