The purpose of this position is to supervise the administration of programs for people considered to be elderly, physically disabled, developmentally disabled and others with coexisting conditions for adult programs, including Adult Protective Services and Long-Term Care Behavioral Health responsibilities.  
Plans, supervises, coordinates, and monitors the work of professional case managers through case consultation in Adult Protective Services and in Community Mental Health Program client areas.   Develops and evaluates consumer services, resources, and budget to ensure cost effectiveness and quality of service delivery; participates in public relations, community outreach, and education efforts.
