2026 Salary Survey Announcement!

Calling all Wisconsin social workers to please fill out the following survey to help us advocate for higher salaries and better benefits for social workers all across the state. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/H8VF6JH

Dear Colleagues,

As your professional organization, the NASW-WI is committed to advancing social work salaries across Wisconsin. One strategy we use to achieve this is by gathering up-to-date compensation and benefit information of social work professionals through our statewide salary survey. Information obtained from previous surveys has aided the NASW-WI in advocating for higher insurance reimbursement rates and has provided professionals seeking employment realistic salary expectations within a given practice area, providing a benchmark that can be used to negotiate a higher compensation and benefits package. To ensure this survey accurately reflects the true scope of social work in Wisconsin, it is essential that a maximum number of individuals complete it. We thank you in advance for your time and willingness to contribute to our efforts in improving social work salaries. The data collected is a valuable tool we can use to represent and advance the interests of the Social Work profession in Wisconsin.

Sincerely, Joel L. Rubin, MSW, LSW, ACSW, CAE, Executive Director, NASW-WI Chapter
