This workshop provides practical approaches in response to triggered/activated clients. By the end of the training, learners will be able to: Identify at least 2 of the 6 Key Principles of Trauma (Healing) Informed (HIC) Approaches. Describe 2 examples of how people are Triggered and what being Triggered looks like in participants Prioritize Impact Over Intention in participant scenario(s). Plan how to apply concepts or approaches in day-to-day work with staff.
