Jennifer identifies issues to listen for and provides examples and handouts that promote post-traumatic growth. She finds that survivors benefit from empathic listening regarding their stories and what they want help with. Participants find this introductory webinar inspires ideas for using their skills with survivors.

This workshop will provide tips and refreshers for maintaining healthy boundaries, especially in rural communities, and will explore emerging ethical challenges in the areas of confidentiality, informed consent, technology and social media.
