    • I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, family conflict, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, burnout, grief, attachment wounds, and nervous system dysregulation. I also enjoy helping clients who feel “stuck” reconnect with themselves, better understand their emotions, and create healthier patterns in their lives and relationships.
    • My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, solution-focused therapy, attachment-based work, emotion regulation strategies, psychoeducation, and strengths-based approaches. I also incorporate nervous system awareness and practical coping tools to help clients feel more empowered in their daily lives.
    • Clients can expect sessions with me to feel supportive, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being honest without fear of judgment. Sessions often include processing current stressors, identifying patterns, developing insight, learning practical tools, and creating achievable goals that support emotional well-being and healthier relationships. I balance validation and compassion with gentle accountability and growth-oriented support.
    • I measure success by looking at meaningful changes in a client’s daily functioning, emotional awareness, relationships, coping abilities, confidence, and overall quality of life. Success is not about perfection—it is about helping clients feel more regulated, connected, resilient, and capable of navigating life with greater clarity and self-trust..
