I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and enjoy getting creative with my approach, so every person feels individually cared for. I value transparency, invite feedback about what is and isn’t working, and encourage self-compassion as we navigate the imperfect, messy, and deeply human process of growth. I bring warmth, authenticity, and a dash of humor into sessions because sometimes laughter can be part of healing.
