    • I strongly believe that every individual deserves a therapist who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and culturally aware. I work to create a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment for clients of all ages, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age. Using a holistic, strengths-based approach, I collaborate with my clients to work through their mood disorders, trauma and stress, anxiety, substance use concerns, and other challenges affecting daily life and well-being. I am currently deepening my skills in a variety of therapeutic modalities, with techniques drawn from ACT, CBT, DBT, MI, and others. Whether supporting someone through a life transition or helping navigate obstacles to happiness and fulfillment, I make it a point to partner with my clients in a therapeutic alliance that honors their strengths and work toward lasting growth.

    • I’m a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, and I know there can be something reassuring about working with a therapist who is part of the community too. You don’t have to wonder whether your identity, relationships, or experiences will be accepted here. And you won't need to explain the basics before we can get to what really matters to you. Of course, being LGBTQ+ doesn’t mean we’ve had the same experiences. Your story is your own, and I want to understand what life has been like for you. My hope is to offer a space where you can relax a little, feel seen and understood, and bring all of yourself into the room. Whether what brings you to therapy is directly related to being LGBTQ+ or has nothing to do with it, you’re welcome here.
