    • I provide virtual, evidence-based psychotherapy for adults across Wisconsin experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and suicidal ideation. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ adults, AAPI adults, and BIPOC adults, particularly those navigating issues related to identity, self-esteem, boundaries, people-pleasing, burnout, and stress. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy to help clients better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and create meaningful, lasting change.

    • As a gay cisgender Filipino American therapist, I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals through both personal and professional experience. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked with LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults through The Trevor Project, providing affirming support during times of emotional distress, identity exploration, and crisis. My own experiences navigating mental health and identity have shown me how isolating it can feel when you don't feel fully understood. These experiences inspired me to become a therapist and create a space where queer individuals can feel seen, supported, and less alone in their emotions and lived experiences. I am committed to helping LGBTQIA+ clients build self-acceptance, strengthen relationships, and foster a greater sense of connection and community..
